Consulting Agreement

The Consulting Agreement provides for the legal obligations of both El Valle Consulting and you when you employ us as an Internet Consultant as opposed to a Web Developer.  The agreement must be executed in writing and consists of two parts:
   (1)  The Consulting Agreement, and
   (2)  Appendix A to Consulting Agreement

Web Design Agreement

The Design Agreement provides for the legal obligations of both El Valle and you when you employ us to develop your web site.  The agreement must be executed in writing and consists of two parts:
