Web Maintenance Agreement
Short Version

		Short and Simple
	1.	El Valle agrees to maintain your web site.
	2.	You agree to pay El Valle for maintaining your web site.
	3.	El Valle agrees that information about you or your organization will not be disclosed to others unless required to do so by legal authority.
	4.	El Valle is not liable for copyright or trademark infringement in the maintenance of your web site.
	5.	You agree not to ask us to post abusive, illegal and other bad stuff.  If you do, then we'll immediately stop doing your maintenance.
	6.	You can terminate the Agreement at any time with 30 days notice.
	7.	You agree that you have read and understand the complete Web Maintenance Agreement prior to requesting El Valle to maintain your web site.
