Contracts

We require execution of agreements for either web maintenance or database maintenance.  The Web Maintenance Agreement can be either "on-line" or written.  The Database Agreement is only in a "written" format as database maintenance requires some initial consultation (which is free).

Web Maintenance

Our "On-Line" agreement for web maintenance allows you to enter an order with us for maintenance of a web site without having to sign an agreement.  This is an accepted legally binding contract for on-line commerce.

Our "Written" agreement for web maintenance allows either, or both, of us to customize the agreement to meet any unique or special requirements.
